Returns & Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
General rules for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept intimate products, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To validate your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or send us the return without notifying us.
Exchanges Due to - Product Damage/Malfunction
All items sold are non-exchangeable unless otherwise stated. Exchanges are only allowed if the item is defective or damaged. Item must be within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt.
Exchanges Due to - Product Damage During Delivery
If during delivery the product is damaged due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund or replacement of
the original item will be allowed. If the original item is no longer available, a similar item of equal value will be offered.
Exchanges Due to - Incorrect/Defective/Missing Item
For items that are incorrect, defective or have missing ‘components’, kindly give us a call at +65 6744 8682 our representative will attend to you within 3 working days.
All sales proceeds are final. Customers are strongly advised to check their items before checkout to ensure the condition of the purchased item is acceptable to them. As not all items sold by Cash Converters are brand new and sealed in their original condition, customers bear the sole responsibility of ensuring the condition of their purchased item is of an acceptable condition to them. Items purchased online are given detailed descriptions of their condition and assigned an appropriate status condition. Change of mind is strictly not accepted.
Refund Process (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. Credit will automatically be applied to your credit
card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days as required by our payment gateway Stripe.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges and Returns (if applicable)
If your order type was “Pick-up from Store”, you may bring your items to any one of our physical stores to return/exchange them.
If your order type was ”Deliver to my address”, you may mail your items back to our E-Commerce Collection Centre (21 Ubi Road 1, #01-01, Singapore 408724) via registered mail.
Then, please email the tracking number to email@example.com.
Return Shipping Policy
Returns are subject to our approval.
Once the return request has been approved, we will arrange the return process for items that arrived defective/damaged/with missing components.
Otherwise, you will be responsible for returning the item and cover your shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
