SECTION 21 - DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.Delivery Type: Deliver to My address:
(a) If an online order contains items from more than one store, then handling time will be increased by an additional 2 to 3 working days for consolidation and subsequent delivery to the customer.
(b) We reserve the right to cancel orders if items run out of stock. If an online order coincides with retail store sales at the same time, priority will be given to the retail store sale. The online transaction will be canceled.
(c) We reserve the right to charge a fee for failed delivery if a customer is unable to receive an item during a committed delivery date and time.
2.Delivery Type: Pick-up from store:
(a) To self collect, a customer must need to choose "Pick-up from store" under the delivery method.
(b) The customer must carry the original order invoice and recipient name proof(Just to view only). We accept only a driving license, passport, and NRIC card.
(c) In case someone collecting behalf of Recipient, Must carry the Recipient's ID and an authorization letter from Recipient.
(d) We have the right to call the recipient mobile number on the invoice to verify it.
2.Delivery Type:Delivery (For Non-Lift Landing Floors. Need to carry up item - max of 1 flight of stairs) or Delivery (Lift Landing Floor/No need to bring up any stairs)
(a) The customer must sign on the invoice when we deliver the items to the customer address.
SECTION 22 - COUPON CODE
1. Each coupon code is valid for a one-time purchase per customer unless otherwise stated.
2. Each coupon code has a valid expiry date.
